Hi  Pat and I are leaving for Asia for 7-8 months this winter.  We have already left Telluride area 10 days ago it got cold and snowed, sleeted and rained or we thought we better cut it short and leave in case it really snowed we got stuck on our property with the trailer. We dropped down to Moab Utah and took a short break before going to Salida to store all our vehicles.  Are plans include basing ourselves in Thailand and then visiting India, Vietnam, and Indonesia.  We may go other places if the urge strikes.   We leave a bag in Bangkok and return periodically to get different types of gear.  Most guesthouses have a stored luggage room.  I will try to post every 2 weeks.  You can check in whenever you want to see if I may have posted more.  Have a great winter whatever you do.
